- The Trojans hold a 6-1 record all-time against UAPB.
- Little Rock returns just seven players from the 2014 roster but brings in 20 newcomers in 2015 from all over the United States and Europe.
- Last season saw Little Rock win its first nine games of the season, earn its first winning season ever and go undefeated at home in non-conference play.

ABOUT UAPB- The Lions, who hail from Pine Bluff, Ark., hold a 1-3 record so far this year. Most recently, they are coming off a 2-1 road victory over Lyon College.
- Two of UAPB's three losses this year have come against the Sun Belt teams picked to finish the conference schedule below Little Rock: ULM and Arkansas State. UAPB lost both of those games by just a goal each.
- The Lions have yet to play a home game this season, traveling to all of their opponents' home fields instead.
- Rebecca Holmes is leading the Lions with two goals this season. Mikayla Cowles has made 33 saves for UAPB in goal this year.
- The Lions have brand new coach this season as Jamie Hutchison is leading the charge. He is 26-10-3 as a college head coach.
THE SERIES AGAINST UAPBDespite being such close neighbors, the Trojans and the Lions did not begin playing each other until 2006. Since then, Little Rock has claimed victories in six of the seven contests and is a perfect 5-0-0 at home. The Trojans have won the last four matches in the series including a 7-1 win last season in Little Rock. UAPB's only win against UALR came in 2010 in Pine Bluff.
A WIN AGAINST UAPB WOULD……be the Trojans' fifth straight in the series…keep the Trojans perfect at home all-time against UAPB…keep Little Rock perfect at home this season…extend the Trojans' home non-conference winning streak to 10 games.
LITTLE ROCK VS. THE SOUTHWESTERN ATHLETIC CONFERENCEThe Trojans have a strong historical record against teams from the SWAC, boasting a 15-2 mark all-time. The team has gone 6-1 against its most common opponent, UAPB, while holding a 3-0 record against MVSU and a 2-0 record against Alabama A&M and Southern. This will be the Trojans' first of two contests against a SWAC school this year.
SMALL LOOMS LARGESara Small had the best game of her college career on Sunday night at Ole Miss, making 13 saves against a Southeastern Conference team that attacked almost the entire game. Small even made a save on a penalty kick in the 40th minute, keeping the Rebels off the board. Her 13 saves are tied for the seventh-most all-time in Little Rock history. That performance comes just three days after Small earned her first collegiate shutout in a 1-0 win over Central Arkansas. Before the overtime goal scored by Ole Miss, Small had posted 191 consecutive shutout minutes.
IRON WOMENThe Trojans had five iron women against Ole Miss; five different players never substituted out of the game once and saw all 96 minutes of action. Besides Small in goal,
Hali Long,
Nora Hellmers,
Bailey Fithian and
Mikayla Uyokpeyi all stayed in the entire game for Little Rock, fending off attack after attack from the Rebels.
NON-CONFERENCE HOME WINNING STREAKThe Trojans have excelled at home in non-conference games lately, winning all seven non-conference games at the Coleman Sports & Recreation Complex in 2014 and extending that streak to nine with two wins so far this year. Little Rock's last home non-conference loss came in September 2013 against UAB.
EDDY MONEYSix games into the season, freshman
Caitlyn Eddy leads the Trojans in points thanks to a goal and two assists. Eddy is the only player on the team to have multiple assists or multiple goals.
BALANCED ATTACKLittle Rock's offensive attack has been highly balanced so far this year as all five goals have come from five different players. The story is similar when it comes to assists, as five different players have recorded the Trojans' six total assists. Other than
Caitlyn Eddy, none of the players with assists have goals, so 10 different Little Rock players have recorded a point.
NO HELPThrough six games, Little Rock has held its opponents to only three total assists this year. Despite opponents scoring a total of eight goals, only two of those goals were assisted. For comparison, Little Rock's five goals have seen a total of six assists.
PUT EDDY IN THE CORNEREddy certainly impressed the home crowd on Aug. 28, scoring a goal directly off a corner kick to give the Trojans a 1-0 lead in the fifth minute. Her shot hooked inward from the left corner, sailing over the arms of Murray State's goalie and going directly in the net without being touched by a teammate.
CAREER NUMBERS WATCHAt Ole Miss:Coming soon:UP NEXTLittle Rock again has a Friday off this week, but it will face another tough test on Sunday as Missouri State comes to Arkansas. The Trojans and Bears are set for a 1 p.m. kickoff at the Coleman Sports & Recreation Complex.
