MANSFIELD, Texas – Little Rock placed sixth at the inaugural UT Arlington Invitational at Walnut Creek Country Club. The Trojans shot a 28-over 312 over the final 18 holes, bringing their 54-hole total to 84-over 936.

Senior
Emelie Blennow and freshman
Tilde Bocker both placed among the individual top-20 for the Trojans, led by Blennow's 14-over 227. She posted a 6-over 77 over the final 18 holes, notching the 10th top-20 showing of her Little Rock career.
Bocker posted her first career top-20 showing, tying for 18th overall with a 16-over 229, shooting a team-best 5-over 76 over the final round. She becomes the second Trojan on the year to finish among the individual top-20.
Junior
Thea Wakeford-Wesmann tied for 35th individually with a 29-over 242, finishing the final round with an 11-over 82. Freshman
Kellie Gachaga placed tied for 37th with a 30-over 243, including an 8-over 79 in round three, with freshman
Sydney Scraba rounding out the Trojan scorecard with a 32-over 245, tying for 39th.
Entering the day in fifth-place, Little Rock slipped one spot over the final 18 holes as the Trojans were jumped by host UT Arlington (81-over 933) following a 308 from the Mavericks over the final round. Little Rock finished eight shots better than seventh-place Stephen F. Austin (92-over 944).
Sun Belt foe South Alabama captured the team title with a 38-over 890, besting rival Arkansas State (46-over 898) by eight shots. Southern Utah (53-over 905) finished third with Incarnate Word (69-over 921) and UTA rounding out the top-five.
Little Rock closes out the fall portion of its schedule next week when it hosts the annual Little Rock Women's Golf Classic at Diamante Country Club in Hot Springs Village. The Trojans will welcome 16 teams to central Arkansas for the three-day event which runs Sunday, October 28 through Tuesday, October 30.
