LITTLE ROCK – After a handful of successful indoor meets, Little Rock returns to the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Alabama, for the 2019 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships. The two-day event will be held Monday, February 18 and Tuesday, February 19 with live streaming options available through ESPN+.

"Throughout the season, we have seen steady improvements in our athletes' performance," said head coach
J.P. Behnke. "As long as that trend continues, we will surprise some teams in this conference."
The 2019 Sun Belt Conference Championships will be two full days of competition, getting underway Monday at 9 a.m. with multi and field events, leading into running even preliminaries starting at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday's events once again starts at 9 a.m. with a number of field events with the finals of the running events scheduled to start at 1 p.m.

Little Rock has seen some strong efforts through the first five meets of the indoor season with some of the top performances in the Sun Belt Conference. The Trojans enter this weekend's meet sitting among the top-three performers in five different events:
