SUGAR LAND, Texas – Little Rock finished competition at the HBU Husky Invitational, finishing 10th among the 12-team field. The Trojans posted a 98-over 962 for the 54-hole event, including a 33-over 321 over the final 18 holes.

Three Trojans tied for 22nd overall among the individual standings at 24-over 240 as freshman
Kellie Gachaga posted the low round of the day for Little Rock with a 5-over 77. Senior
Emelie Blennow posted a 7-over 79 over the final 18 holes while freshman
Malena Austerslaatt registered a 10-over 82, pulling the trio into the three-way tie.

Tilde Bocker ranked fourth on the Little Rock scorecard with a 28-over 244, including an 11-over 83 over the final 18 holes, with freshman
Sydney Scraba finishing with a 33-over 249 and a 12-over 84 in round three.
Entering the day in ninth place, Little Rock slipped one spot in the final round with its 33-over 321, finishing two shots back of Sun Belt foe UT Arlington (96-over 960) and four strokes behind UT Rio Grande Valley (94-over 958). The Trojans finished 10 shots better than 11th-place Oklahoma City (108-over 972) for their fourth top-10 team showing of the season.
Host Houston Baptist captured the team title with a 49-over 913, finishing 11 shots better than Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (60-over 924). Sun Belt foe ULM (67-over 931) placed third with Sam Houston State (70-over 934) and James Madison (79-over 943) rounding out the top-five.
With the tournament in Houston complete, Little Rock now prepares for its final tune-up before the 2019 Sun Belt Conference Championships in April. The Trojans will head to Memphis, Tennessee, for the Memphis Tiger Invitational April 1-2 at Ridgeway Country Club.
