The meet in Conway will begin at 5:30 p.m. Friday evening with the long jump and hammer throws, leading into the 10,000 meter and 5,000 meter runs beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday's schedule calls for the start of field events at 9 a.m., followed by the running events beginning with the 4x100 meter relays at 11 a.m. Live results will be available through MacDonald Timing.

Little Rock is coming off a strong showing at its home meet last week, one which saw the Trojans capture 10 individual event titles before Mother Nature halted the event prior to its conclusion. The Trojan men won six events, including a pair of first-place finishes for both Ryan Amador (shot put and discus) and Emilio Medina (1,500 meters and 5,000 meters) while the women won four events, including Shanieke Watson capturing both the 800 meters and 1,500 meters.

The UCA Open will serve as the second of two meetings between Little Rock and Central Arkansas that will count towards the Governor's I-40 Showdown. Four points (two for the men, two for the women) are on the line as last week saw the two teams split the four possible points as severe weather forced the cancellation of the meet with eight events remaining.

Weather could be a factor Saturday as well with more severe storms are forecasted to hit the Natural State. Follow @LittleRockTFXC on Twitter for schedule changes and delays caused by the forecasted storms.
