LITTLE ROCK- The Trojans will play host for the first time this season on Aug. 28 at 6 p.m. in Little Rock, Ark. when they play their home opener against Grambling State. Food Trucks will be available at the game for fans to enjoy. The first 100 students will receive a $7Â voucher to purchase food and refreshments at the game.

Julia Curatolo has yet to concede a goal between the posts for Little Rock, making eight saves and shutting out her opponents in 155 minutes of play.

Little Rock battled to a 0-0 draw in their previous match at UT Martin. Despite being awarded a penalty in the dying minutes of regulation, the Trojans were unable to convert from the spot. After two 10-minute overtime periods, the match would end in a scoreless draw.

Scouting the Tigers
Grambling State comes into their third contest of the season with a perfect 2-0 start. The Tigers grabbed a 2-0 victory over LSU-Shreveport before winning a tight 3-2 contest over ULM. In 2018, Grambling State finished with a 14-8 overall record (9-1 SWAC). Kailey Pena leads the Tigers with two goals in two games while Sarah Teubner leads with two assists to her name.

Little Rock's matchup with Grambling State marks the third meeting in the teams' history. The teams are deadlocked at 1-1 in the series with the last meeting coming in 2004 when the Tigers grabbed a 4-3 win over the Trojans.
