Three Things to Know
- Keep the Streak Alive
So far this indoor season, a Trojan has broken a school record in every single meet this season. Last week, that included the women's 600m, the men's high jump and the women's pole vault. Which record, if any, will fall in College Station?
- He's Got the Wright Stuff
Little Rock's Elijah Wright still holds the Sun Belt lead in the 400m … but for how long? Wright's flat-track adjusted time of 48.01 has the lead over UTA's Dominik Young, whose altitude-adjusted time of 48.17 closely follows. Wright will be in a fast 400m heat with teammate Jalen Black and Texas A&M's Chris Ford and Tyler Hart with a chance to improve upon his standing.
- Stiff Competition in Final Tune Up
This weekend's meet may be the toughest of the season for the Trojans as Little Rock will face seven power conference teams at Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium in College Station. It is also the final regular season meet of the indoor season. After Little Rock's trip to College Station, the Sun Belt Conference Championships will await the Trojans. This weekend will mark the final opportunity to prepare for the conference meet in a competition setting.
