LITTLE ROCK - The Little Rock soccer team has officially completed the 2020 signing class, adding five new Trojans to the roster for the upcoming year. Join head coach Mark Foster and assistant coach Audra Larson in welcoming Line Bergstrom (Stockholm, Sweden), Vanessa Eklund (Karlstad, Sweden), Kait Morales (Weatherford, Texas), Saskia Wagner (Wiesloch, Germany), and Addison Yinger (Belton, Missouri) to Little Rock. This group joins the five that officially joined the squad earlier in the year, bringing the total newcomers up to ten.
"We are delighted to announce five more wonderful signees to our squad for the 2020 season," said Foster. "We were looking to add some more strength and depth in all positions as we finished our signing class, and these four ladies will bring a nice balance of athleticism and soccer ability to the team."

Coach Foster on Bergstrom - "Line is a strong and fast central defender who reads the game well. She's good in the air which will be a wonderful asset on defensive and attacking set plays."
Vanessa Eklund
Position: Midfielder/Forward

Coach Foster on Eklund - "Vanessa is an attacking player who can play in midfield and as a forward. She has an excellent soccer IQ and will bring a lot of creativity to our team."
Kait Morales
Position: Midfielder
Hometown: Weatherford, Texas
High School: Grace Christian Academy
Club Team: Dallas Texans Development Academy under coach Jon Patterson
Accolades: U19 Texans DA Team Captain, 2019 DA Winter Cup Group Champions, ECNL North American Cup Finalist, International Girls Cup Champion, State Cup Finalist while playing a year up

Coach Foster on Morales - "Kaitlyn is a player that we have enjoyed getting to know through our ID camps over the last couple of seasons. She is a very talented and competitive midfield player. She's a strong player with and without the ball and also has the potential to be a great leader for us during her career as a Trojan."
Saskia Wagner

Coach Foster on Wagner - "Saskia is an excellent shot stopper, good with crosses and is comfortable playing out of the back. She's an experienced goalkeeper having played at a high standard in Germany."
