HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. – Little Rock remains third in the teams standings following round two of the Little Rock Golf Classic at Diamante Country Club. The Trojans posted a 5-over 293 over the second day of competition and sits at 12-over 588 following 36 holes of play.
2021 Little Rock Golf Classic Round Two Results
The second day effort was led by an even-par 72 from
Viktoria Krnacova, as she is one of three Trojans that sit among the individual top-20.
Sydney Scraba remains atop the Little Rock leaderboard at 1-under 143 following a 1-over 73 in round two, sitting third among the individual standings and three shots of the leader.
Krnacova is tied for 13th at 2-over 146 with her second round 72, one shot better than
Katja Mueller, who is tied for 18th at 3-over 147. Mueller posted a 2-over 74 in round two to pace the Trojan trio among the individual leaders.
Kellie Gachaga had the fourth counting score on the day with a 2-over 74, giving her an 8-over 152 after 36 holes, tied for 34th.
Malena Austerslaatt rounds out the Trojan scorecard with a 4-over 76, sitting at 11-over 155.
Three Trojan individuals also had productive days, led by a 1-under 71 by both
Agatha Alesson and
Anna Dawson, the low rounds of the day among the individual field. Alesson is tied for 13th at 2-over 146 while Dawson is tied for 34th along with
Tilde Bocker at 8-over 152 following Bocker's 2-over 74 in round two.
After 36 holes, Central Arkansas holds the team lead at 3-under 573 behind, holding a four shot lead on second place ULM (1-over 577). The Trojans sit third, three shots better than fourth-place UT Arlington (15-over 591) and four shots ahead of both Georgia State and Houston Baptist (16-over 592), tied for fifth.
The final round of the Little Rock Golf Classic will get underway with a 9 a.m. shotgun start Tuesday morning with the Trojans pairing with Central Arkansas and ULM over the final 18, teeing off from holes one through four. Live scoring is available at
