HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. – Three Trojans finished among the individual top-15 as Little Rock finishes third at its host tournament at Diamante Country Club in Hot Springs Village. The Trojans close out the Little Rock Golf Classic with a 17-over 881, including a 5-over 293 in round three.

The effort at the home event was led by
Sydney Scraba and
Viktoria Krnacova finishing in the individual top-10. Scraba tied for eighth at 2-over 218, including a 3-over 75 in round three, giving her a new career-low in a 54-hole tournament and first top-10 individual finish. Krnacova tied for 10th at 3-over 219, posting a 1-over 73 over the final 18 holes, registering the fourth top-10 individual finish of her Little Rock career.

Katja Mueller was the third Trojan to finish among the individual top-15,tying for 15th at 4-over 220, matching Krnacova with a 1-over 73 in round three.
Malena Austerslaatt had the low round of the day for Little Rock with an even-par 72, tying for 31st overall at 11-over 227, with
Kellie Gachaga rounding out the scorecard with a 14-over 230.

The Trojans also had three players competing as individuals, paced by
Agatha Alesson tying for 20th with a 6-over 222, leading all individual competitors.
Anna Dawson tied for 28th with a 10-over 226, carding a 2-over 74 in round three, with
Tilde Bocker tying for 31st at 11-over 227, notching a 3-over 75.

Entering the day in third place, Little Rock held serve, matching its round two 293 to finish three shots better than fourth-place Georgia State (20-over 884). Central Arkansas captured the team event at 4-under 860, 13 shots better than second-place ULM (9-over 873) with Illinois State (30-over 894) rounding out the top-five.

The third-place showing give Little Rock a top-10 team showing in three of the first four events of the year as it heads into the fall break. The Trojans posted a team scoring average of 298.58 through the fall season with three individual top-10 showings and six top-20 tournament finishes.

Following the winter break, Little Rock will return to action in early February, traveling to Texas for the Texas State Invitational. Being held at Plum Creek Golf Club in Kyle, the Trojans will compete February 7 and 8 to open up the spring portion of their schedule.
