RICHMOND, Va. - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has selected the Little Rock swimming and diving team for Scholar All-American honors for their efforts in the classroom. The team earned the recognition after posting a grade-point-average of 3.42.
Little Rock was one of 426 schools total (and one of 175 women's Division I teams) to receive honors for the Spring semester, making it the 15th consecutive year for the Trojans to receive the award. The full list of schools can be found

Under head coach
Amy Burgess, the swimming and diving team saw 28 of its 34 student-athletes posting a 3.00 GPA (82.4%) and 10 with a 4.00, tied with soccer for the most perfect spring slates in the department. Those student-athletes are listed below.
"Coach Burgess didn't let a difficult season stand in the way of success," noted CSCAA Executive Director Greg Earhart. "These are some of the best ambassadors of Little Rock and Athletic Director Lee, Chancellor Drale, and Dr. David Briscoe (Faculty Athletic Representative) can and should be proud of their women."

The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
