LITTLE ROCK – Little Rock head coach
Mark Foster has announced his 2021 Trojan soccer schedule. The slate will consist of eight home games at Coleman Sports Complex, six of which will be on Sundays, including matches against in-state rivals Central Arkansas and Arkansas State and reigning conference champion South Alabama.

"We're thrilled to be back and playing a full, traditional schedule," Foster said. "The girls have been working very hard in the offseason and we can't wait to get back out at Coleman in front of our fans. We have some big contests at home with our in-state rivals and some of the top preseason teams in the league. We look forward to seeing our fans back out to cheer us on and it should be an exciting season."
Foster's fourth season in Little Rock begins with a pair of exhibition contests, traveling to Fayetteville to take on Arkansas on Aug. 8, followed by a home exhibition against Northwestern State on Aug. 14.
The regular season gets underway on the road as the Trojans will make the short trip to Pine Bluff to take on UAPB on Aug. 19 before the regular season home opener on Sunday, Aug. 22, facing UT Martin at 1 p.m. The match will be a Trojan Tailgate and will mark the first official home event of the 2021-22 Little Rock Athletic season.
Little Rock then heads to Itta Bena, Mississippi, facing Mississippi Valley State on Aug. 27 before returning home to host Central Arkansas in the 2021 edition of the Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Governor's I-40 Showdown. Opening draw against the Bears is set for 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 29.
The non-conference slate closes out with four-straight road games, beginning at Southern Miss on Sept. 3. The Trojans will then head to Louisiana for three-straight matches, making the swing from Southeastern Louisiana (Sept. 5) to Grambling (Sept. 10) to Louisiana Tech (Sept. 12).
Little Rock will open its 10-match Sun Belt schedule with three-straight at home, beginning Friday, Sept. 17 against Troy on what will be the Trojans' Senior Night. Little Rock then hosts reigning conference champion South Alabama on Sunday, Sept. 19, on the Trojans' Fan Appreciation Day.
The Trojans close out the home stand one week later on Sunday, Sept. 26, facing Georgia Southern on Bark at the Park Day at Coleman.
Little Rock opens the month of October on the road, making the road swing through ULM (Oct. 1) and Texas State (Oct. 3). The Trojans return home on Sunday, Oct. 10 to face rival Arkansas State at 6 p.m. The match against the Red Wolves will be Little Rock's Breast Cancer Awareness Pink Game for 2021.
After a road trip to Louisiana on Oct. 14, the Trojans return to Coleman for the final home match of the season, facing Georgia State at 12 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 17. The regular season then concludes on the road with the Carolina road trip, taking on Coastal Carolina Oct. 22 and App State on Oct. 24.
The 2021 Sun Belt Tournament will return to Foley, Alabama, taking place Nov. 1-7.
