RICHMOND, Va. - The Little Rock women's swimming team has
been selected by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as a Scholar All-America Team, as announced by the organization Monday. The program posted a GPA of 3.43 in the fall to earn the honor.
Teams with a GPA of 3.3 or higher, which includes the Trojans, will now become eligible for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings. In total, 728 teams from 450 colleges and universities earned the recognition. View the entire list

Greg Earhart, CSCAA Executive Director highlighted Little Rock's achievements noting, "Coach Burgess continues, year-in, year-out to do great things. These 30 women are some of the best ambassadors that Little Rock and the Missouri Valley could ask for."

Amy Burgess, the swimming and diving team saw 11 of its 30 student-athletes posting a perfect 4.00 GPA, the second-most within a program in the entire Little Rock athletic department. Those student-athletes are listed below.
