PITTSBURG, Kan. – Spencer Cardinal and
Breya Clark both posted third-place finishes in their respective events as Little Rock faced a late January challenge at the Wendy's Pittsburg State Invitational Saturday.

Cardinal ran the 10
th-fastest time in school history in the 5K as he ran 14:59.94 to finish fourth in the race while
Joel Allen ran 15:53.84, placing 23
rd.
Â
Meanwhile Clark claimed the second-best long jump mark in school history as she leaped 18-5.5 (5.65m) to finish sixth overall.
Bria Allen also posted a personal-mark, jumping 18-0.5 (5.50m) and setting the seventh-best jump in school history.

Helensia Green ran the ninth-fastest time in the 400m as she placed seventh in the race with a time of 57.45 while she also finished 24
th in the 60m dash overall, running 7.86 in the prelims.

On the men's side in the 60m dash,
Andre Dibbles posted a personal-best time of 6.96 as he placed 15
th overall.

Little Rock will now head to Birmingham on Feb. 6 for the South Alabama-hosted Jaguar Invitational in what is scheduled to be the final regular season meet of the indoor season.
