MONROE, La. — The Little Rock women's golf team had a strong showing during the first two rounds of the ULM Invitational at Bayou DeSiard Country Club, finishing in seventh place with a team score of 595 (+19) heading into Tuesday's final round.

Anna Dawson led the way for the Trojans, firing an impressive two-round score of 62 and 71 to finish at 1-under par, tying for seventh overall. Eleonore Aernouts bounced back with a solid second round, carding scores of 78 and 71 to finish at 5-over (149), placing her just outside the top 20 in 28th position.
Freshman Iara Martiin recorded rounds of 78 and 73, finishing at 7-over (151) and tying for 36th place. Katja Mueller opened the morning with a 76, followed by a 77 in the afternoon, placing her at 9-over and tied for 39th heading into the final round. Fehild Graesel rounded out the team's scoring with rounds of 77 and 81, finishing at 14-over (158) in 48th place.
Competing individually, Elvira Flodstrom is tied for 25th at 4-over par (148) after shooting rounds of 76 and 72.
