Little Rock Inks Trinitee Alexander to National Letter of Intent

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock Head Coach Joe Foley, the fifth winningest active coach in Division I, announced the signing of Trinitee Alexander to a National Letter of Intent Friday.

A first team all-district honoree from Everman High School in Texas, she is a 5-11 forward that averaged 14.3 points, 8.9 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 1.3 blocks per game this past season.

"Trinitee is an all-around player that can score both inside and outside," Foley said. "She plays with a lot of energy and toughness. I am excited about the opportunity to coach her."

Alexander led her team to an 18-13 record and the second round of the playoffs last season, including winning four of their last five games.

"Trinitee is a versatile player who makes an impact as soon as she steps on the court," said Natasha Newsome, Alexander's high school coach. "She brings energy and hustle that is a coach's dream. She makes an impact as soon as she steps on the floor."

Alexander joins November signees Tia Harvey, Mekayla Holley and De'mya Young to this year's signing class.
