CONWAY, Ark. – Little Rock won 14 gold medals, seven of which came from the women in an effort that saw them beat UCA and win the Richard Martin Jr Invitational as action wrapped up in the annual track meet in Conway Saturday afternoon.

In all, the Little Rock women scored 268 points to beat UCA's effort of 221 points while UA Pine Bluff scored 109 points. On the men's side, Little Rock scored 193 points to finish second, ahead of UA Pine Bluff's 97 points while UCA won with 267 points.

Of the 18 medalists and numerous scorers for the Trojan women on Saturday that propelled Little Rock to the win, it was the 200m that stood out above all. That is where Little Rock finished a dominating 1-2-3-4-5, led by
Teresa Thomas's time of 25.21 while
Maliyah Holland (25.42) claimed silver and
Landri Schreier (25.55) won bronze.

Holland also won silver in the 100m as she ran 12.14 but broke through for gold anchoring the women's 4x100m relay that won with a time of 46.73, the sixth-fastest time in school history. She was joined by
Gabby Ayiteyfio,
Aaliyah Lacy and
Landri Schreier in the effort.

Meanwhile Thomas also won gold in the 400m as she ran 57.45 while
Zoa Adams claimed bronze, clocking 58.21.
Breya Clark unsurprisingly won the triple jump with al eap of 40-4.25 (12.30m) while
Rondaishia McNeal followed her, jumping 38-6.75 (11.75m) with the third-best mark in school history. They then flipped that order in the high jump with McNeal claiming gold as she cleared 5-4.75 (1.63m) with a mark that tied for fifth in school history while Clark earned silver, jumping 5-1 (1.55m).

Another 1-2 finish for Little Rock came in the pole vault as
Ludovica Polini cleared 10-11.75 (3.35m) to win while
Lauren Hurrell cleared 10-6 (3.20m) to earn silver. Those rank as the second- and fourth-best marks in school history, respectively.

Aaliyah Mathis scored plenty for the Trojans in her first collegiate meet, winning the discus throw with the second-best mark in school history with a throw of 144-6 (44.04m) then she finished second in the shot put as her throw of 42-8 (13.00m) ranks seventh in school history.

On the men's side,
Desmond Frazier set a new school record in the shot put as his throw of 52-10.25 (16.11m) claimed gold while
Casey Griffin earned bronze with a throw of 48-5.25 (14.76m).

Hunter Johnson also set a new record, recording a new Trojan-best height of 15-5 (4.70m) to win the pole vault while
Ethan Sorrels finished third, clearing 13-11.25 (4.25m). Sorrels would win the high jump with a mark of 6-2.75 (1.90m) while
Jordan Wallace finished fourth, clearing 5-5 (1.65m). Wallace would win the triple jump with the seventh-best mark in school history, jumping 47-9 (14.55m).

Cameron Jackson made a triumphant return to the track as he anchored the 4x100m relay that won with the ninth-fastest time in school history, clocking 40.80. He was joined by
Taveion Neal,
Troy McKnight and
Andre Dibbles in the effort. Jackson went on to easily win the 200m with a time of 21.50 while McKnight (10.52) and Neal (10.57) finished second and third, respectively, in the 100m dash.

Spencer Cardinal won the 800m as he clocked 1:58.17 while
Nicholas Newby ran 1:59.83 to finish third.
Cogan DeRousselle also finished third as his time of 14.69 in the 110m hurdles ranks as the fourth-best mark in school history.

The Trojans will split squads next weekend with select athletes heading to Austin, Texas for the prestigious Texas Relays while the rest of the team will head to Oxford, Mississippi for the Ole Miss Classic.
