LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock redshirt junior
Isaiah Parker led the Trojans with a third-place finish as the hammer throw competitions kicked action off at the two-day Little Rock Twilight meet at the Coleman Sports Complex on Thursday afternoon.

Parker's throw of 163-1 (49.71m) claimed bronze in the first action of the day.
Desmond Frazier threw 123-2 (37.54m) to finish 12
th.

On the women's side,
Aaliyah Mathis finished fifth with a throw of 132-4 (40.33m) while
Allison Stigarll closely followed in sixth, throwing 132-3 (40.30m).
Janae Largins rounded out the Trojans with a 12
th-place finish as she posted a mark of 115-6 (35.20m).

Friday's action at the Little Rock Twilight gets underway with field events at noon. Running events, highlighted by several national record holders and Olympians, begin at 4 p.m. and will be broadcasted live on ESPN+.

Three-time 1,500m USA Championship gold medalist and two-time 1,500m World Championship finalist Alan Webb, who most notably holds the American record in the mile, is making his competitive return to the track in the 1,500m at 4:05 p.m. Christine Mboma, the 200m silver medalist from the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games, leads a contingent of Olympic athletes from Namibia at the meet and will compete in the 4x100m relay as well as in the 100m and 200m dashes.
