Farrell details what type of player she is recruiting to the Capital City, what her pitch is to recruits on coming to Little Rock and her thoughts on the elimination of overtime in the regular season.
 
Farrell recalls what it was like growing up on Long Island and on the style of play she hopes to instill in the Trojans this year. She also discusses the leadership lessons that she learned as a two-time team captain in college and how she can teach those lessons to her team.
