Carl Kight Invite and Multi
Hosted annually by Stephen F. Austin, the meet serves as a strong mid-major competition, typically featuring 20–30 programs. It provides an important early-season benchmark for Little Rock's heptathletes and decathletes as they prepare for the conference championships in May.
The meet includes a full heptathlon for the women and a decathlon for the men across the two days.
Coach Speak
"Our men's decathletes and women's heptathletes, along with our horizontal jumpers, will be competing at SFA after taking last weekend off," said head coach
J.P. Behnke. "Traditionally, it's beneficial to complete a heptathlon or decathlon early in the season. This meet will give us a good idea of where those athletes are physically and help us prepare for the next combined events at the OVC Championship."
Team Report
Little Rock's multi-event athletes have shown strong form throughout the season and will look to build on that momentum this weekend.
Sophomore
Morcellous Harris enters the meet after winning the men's heptathlon at the Indoor OVC Championship. On the women's side, seniors
JaDerrika Welch-Fields and

In the field events, seniors
Deshawn Roberts and
Brooklyn Marcee headline a strong group of high jumpers and pole vaulters looking to make an impact.
