Bye-Bye Sun Belt
Little Rock is looking to make a name for themselves in the OVC as they compete in their first OVC Championship. The Trojans tied for eighth in their conference tournament in 2022 in their last year in the Sun Belt Conference, led by Mueller and Alesson's top-20 finishes. The Trojans also ended their time in the Sun Belt with a program best 301.33 team season scoring average, a record they are on track to surpass again as they enter this week with a 298.74.

Last Time Out
Anna Dawson tied for and Little Rock finished eighth at the Ironwood Invitational at the Ironwood Country Club in Greenville, N.C. The Trojans shot a 5-over 293 in the final round, closing out the event at 33-over 897. The Trojans. Were led by Dawson's 3-over 219, which included 2 under par rounds with a 3-nder 69 in round one and 2-under 70 the final round.

Record Chasing
Little Rock is on track to break the program season scoring average record for the second year in a row. Last season, the Trojans' 301.33 became the best team scoring average in program history, but the Trojans are heading into the OVC Championship with a 298.74. Katja Mueller's 75.00 scoring average on the season not only leads the team and has her second in the conference, but is also tenth in the Little Rock record book. Mueller is one of four golfers in the lineup this week that have season scoring averages ranking in the top-15 all time in program history.

Sweet Home Alabama
Little Rock's tournament in Alabama will mark the third time this season the Trojans have visited the state, but this will be the first trip that is not to the coastal region. The Trojans have played in the USA Intercollegiate in Mobile, the Bama Beach Bash in Gulf Shores, and now the OVC Championship in Muscle Shoals.
