For most of the team, this will be their first meet in over a week after not traveling to Stephen F. Austin. The group will primarily consist of jumpers, distance runners, and a handful of sprinters.

Arkansas Spring Invite
The Arkansas Spring Invite annually features strong Division I programs, including Oklahoma State and Tulsa, along with top Division II competition. The meet also includes an invite section reserved for the fastest athletes from participating schools.

Hosted at John McDonnell Field, one of the premier outdoor track and field facilities in the country, the venue regularly hosts the NCAA West Preliminary Round and has previously served as the site of the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

With Arkansas hosting multiple outdoor meets each season, Little Rock rotates its appearances. Last year, the Trojans sent a smaller group to the Arkansas Twilight in May. Highlights included now-junior Devin Stevens placing in the top 10 in the 800 meters and now-senior Falon Short finishing top five in the long jump.

Coach Speak
"This is a good opportunity for us to keep building and see where we're at," said head coach J.P. Behnke. "We're focused on continuing our progress and putting together solid performances across the board this weekend."

Team Report
Little Rock will send 27 student-athletes to Fayetteville, while the rest of the team gets a brief break before regrouping for the Little Rock Invitational on April 17–18.

The Trojan men currently rank first in the Ohio Valley Conference in multiple events, including the 100 meters (holding the top three times), 200 meters, 5,000 meters, and 4x100-meter relay, while also sitting in the top three across several other events.

On the women's side, Little Rock leads the conference in the 200 meters, 400-meter hurdles, 4x100-meter relay, high jump, pole vault, and triple jump.
