A name synonymous with Little Rock Athletics, Hogan directed the Little Rock baseball program from 1986-1996, compiling 276 wins which is the most in program history. One of the most memorable of those victories was the win over top-ranked Oklahoma State in 1987. Since stepping away as head coach, Hogan has been the driving force in the rebuild of what is now known as Gary Hogan Field, bringing in support north of $500,000. As an administrator, he has helped Little Rock grow exponentially as he has forged partnerships with many Little Rock businesses. Outside of the program, Hogan is an award winning broadcaster when he worked for KTHV and WTVM stations. He also spent two years in the Chicago Cubs organization.
